Preliminary Club House Design

The following are some images of a recent project that I have been working on at Method Studio. It is a clubhouse for a multi-family development. I wanted to experiement with the relationships of solid and void - transparency and opacity. Through these relationships the building becomes performative and encourages interaction as well as pasivity.

    Just one comment, seems kind of heavy, perhaps a true clerestory instead of that light gray thing below the soffit?
